Pantanal
Pantanal is the world's largest freshwater wetland area in the world fed by the seasonal floods of the Paraguay River. During the rainy season, hundreds of fish species are attracted to the area while various bird species make their homes in the wetlands during the dry season. In general, Pantanal is a wildlife haven with some 650 bird species as well as many other different animals making this a fabulous spot for nature lovers.

Iguaçau Falls
This immense waterfall system contains 275 falls and stretches 2,700 meters dwarfing the famous Niagara Falls. The most impressive part is known as the Devil's Throat and is made up of a U-shaped cliff with a series of falls marking the border between Argentina and Brazil. There are a series of platforms to allow visitors to stand on the edge and really experience the massive falls and their accompanying cool mist.

Fernando de Noronha
Fernando de Noronha is an archipelago of 21 islands off the coast of Brazil formed by volcanic activity far below the ocean surface. The islands experience a tropical climate with a wet rainy season though much of the native vegetation was chopped down in the 1800s. The islands are a popular stop for scientists studying the flora and fauna life as well as the fascinating geology. The archipelago was declared by UNESCO a World Heritage Site in 2001 and is said to be the best place for diving in all of Brazil with rich underwater plant and animal life.
