Explore the wonders of Patagonia aboard the Skorpios II; the Classic Route will take you to legendary locations such as Quitralco Fjord and the amazing San Rafael Glacier, as well as typical southern cities such as Castro and Puerto Montt. This luxurious ship is equipped with 55 well appointed cabins, games and reading rooms, cable TV, and an open bar. The friendly staff will make sure your every need is met and exceeded.

Day 01 Saturday: Embark in Puerto Montt (B)

At 11:00 am you’ll depart from Puerto Montt, and will start sailing through the Llanquihue Archipelago. Along the way you’ll enjoy sights of Calbuco, the Ancud Gulf and the Chiloe Islands.

Day 02 Sunday: Puerto Aguirre / Puerto Leopardos (B)

Today you’ll navigate through Moraleda and Ferronave Canals until reaching the fishing village of Puerto Aguirre, where you’ll disembark and will stay for about an hour. Afterwards you’ll sail through the Pilcomayo and Coastal Canals and you’ll anchor in Puerto Leopardos.

Day 03 Monday: Tempanos Canal / Quitralco Fjord (B)

In the morning you’ll channel through the San Rafael Inlet and the Tempanos Canal. You will anchor about 2 kilometers (6 500 feet) away from the San Rafael Glacier. Then, you’ll sail towards Quiltralco Fjord.

Day 04 Tuesday: Quitralco / Chiloe (B)

In the morning you’ll anchor at Quitralco Dock, where you’ll be able to bathe in thermal waters in open air or indoor pools. Afterwards you’ll sail through the Moraleda and Perez Norte Canals headed for Chiloe.

Day 05 Wednesday: Castro (B)

In the morning you’ll start sailing through the Leucayec Canal. Then you’ll cross the Corcovado Gulf, sailing along Chiloe Island’s east coast. Weather permitting; you may stop for a view in either Quellón or Queilen. Afterwards, carry on towards Castro, passing through the Yal Canal and the Castro Inlet.

Day 06 Thursday: Castro / Puerto Montt (B)

Today in Castro you’ll be able to visit some highlights such as the museum, church and handicraft market. Then, you’ll return to the boat and sail back to Puerto Montt. Along the way you’ll sail through the Lemy, Dalachaue, Ouicavi and Cabuco Canals.

Day 07 Friday: Disembark in Puerto Montt (B)

In the morning you’ll disembark the boat and will be transferred to your hotel.
