Day 01 Arrival to Mexico City

Upon arrival to Mexico City International airport, you'll be transferred to the hotel. Lodging at Plaza Florencia or Casa Blanca

Day 02 Half day City Tour & Museum (B)

Breakfast at hotel. Guided visit including the most important buildings in the historical centre located around the The Zocalo, the Cathedral, National Palace, to admire the famous murals of Diego Rivera. Continue to the modern part of the City, ending at the Anthropology Museum (closed on Mondays), one of the World's 10 best museums. Lodging at Plaza Florencia or Casa Blanca

Day 03 Half Day to Pyramids of Teotihuacan & Shrine of Guadalupe (B)

Breakfast at hotel. Guided excursion to the famous Teotihuacan Pyramids, aprox 05 hours excursion starting with a visit to the Virgin of Guadalupe Shrine, place of peregrination of millions of Mexicans and people from all around the world. Continue to the north of the City, to the Teotihuacan Pyramids, where we will visit the Sun and the Moon Pyramids, the Quetzalcoatl Temple and the fortresses. Free time – for those who like to climb to the top of the Pyramids. Lodging at Plaza Florencia or Casa Blanca

Day 04 Mexico/Pueba/Oaxaca (B, L)

Breakfast at hotel. Leave Mexico City, we head west towards Puebla, Mexico's fourth largest city, passing the photogenic, snow-capped, volcanoes of Popocatepetl (Smoking Mountain, 5464m) and Iztacci­huatl (Sleeping Lady, 5230m). the City of Angels, visit Santa Maria Tonantzintla, temple gorgeously decorated by indigenous hands. In Puebla, also known as the City of Angels, we will visit the Rosary Chapel, the Cathedral, the main square and historical downtown. Lunch included. Continue to Oaxaca. Overnight at Mision de los Angeles or Casa Conzatti

Day 05 Oaxaca/Monte Alban/Mitla/Tule (B)

Breakfast at hotel. Visit Monte Alban, built on a mountain top flattened by the Zapotecs. We will find different culture manifestations such as Olmecs, Mixtecs and Zapotecs. We will continue to Mitla, one of the most enigmatic sacred places. The village had a great importance as a burial site. In route we will find the Tule tree, perhaps on of the biggest living beings in the world. Return to Oaxaca and visit its beautiful city, including the Cathedral, the Magnificent Santo Domingo church and gold museum. Overnight at Mision de los Angeles or Casa Conzatti

Day 06 Oaxaca/Sumidero Canyon/San Cristobal (B, L)

Box-breakfast on route. Early morning, departure to Tuxtla Gutierrez, capital city of the state of Chiapas. You will enjoy the landscapes of the southern mountains. Lunch included en route. Boat ride through the Sumidero Canyon, with 1000 meters at its highest point. Passing through Chiapa de Corzo on our way to San Cristobal de las Casas. Overnight at Flamboyant or Holiday Inn Espanol

Day 07 San Cristobal de las Casas Native Communities (B)

Breakfast at hotel. Visit to the Indian Villages of San Juan Chamula & Zinacantan, the complex ethnic composition of Chiapas is reflected in the indigenous communities with a rich variety of customs and beliefs which are expressed in festivals of both pagan and Christian origin, full of mysticism and magic. Afternoon at leisure. We recommend you to visit this beautiful city, the market, the cathedral and the Jade museum. Overnight at Flamboyant or Holiday Inn Espanol

Day 08 San Cristobal/Agua Azul/Palenque (B, D)

Breakfast at hotel. We will leave to Agua Azul waterfalls to admire their turquoise colored waters, possibility of swimming if time permits it. Afterwards we will continue to Palenque. Dinner and overnight at hotel Mision Palenque

Day 09 Palenque/Campeche (B, D)

Breakfast at hotel. Visit to the archaeological zone of Palenque, surrounded by jungle and one of the prime and most important sites of the Mayan World. Inside the pyramid of the Inscriptions, King Pakal's sarcophagus and its fascinating carved gravestone were found. We head for the coastal town of Campeche, where the Spanish first set foot on Mexican soil. Campeche's prosperity as a thriving port town made it a frequent target for attacks by English, French and Dutch pirates. Following the worst attack, in 1663, substantial defensive walls were built around the town. Panoramic view thru the city. Dinner and overnight at hotel Del Mar

Day 10 Campeche/Uxmal/Merida (B)

Breakfast at hotel. Departure to Uxmal Three times built! To know the Guesser Pyramids, the Quadrangle of the Nuns, Governor's palace and the ballgame court. After lunch continue to Merida, The white city to enjoy a panoramic view of Montejo avenue, the monument to Motherland, the main square, the cathedral and government palace. Overnight at El Castellano

Day 11 Merida/Chichen Itza/Cancun (B)

Breakfast at hotel. For many, today's guided excursion will be the highlight of the tour. Chichen Itza is undoubtedly the best-preserved Maya site on the peninsula, and recently declared one of the New Seven Wonders of the modern world. The ruins were built with such knowledge of cosmology and mathematics that astound scholars from around the world. Lunch at local restaurant near the archaeological site. Continue to Cancun. Drop off at your hotel (accommodation not included)-possible extension trip in Cancun upon request.
