Discover colonial history and Caribbean beaches, wandering the cobblestones of Cartagena.

Day 02 Full day Guided City Tour (B)
This guided visit to the Colombian capital starts at the Plaza de Bolivar (the city's main square), which is surrounded by federal government buildings, and continues into the old colonial part of the city better known as La Candelaria, the San Francisco Church, the Gold Museum (closed on Mondays) and the Emerald Museum. We then seek higher grounds by taking a cable car to the top of the Monserrate Hill, which offers a spectacular view of the city. The tour finishes in the north of Bogota in a shopping center called Hacienda Santa Barbara in Usaquen, which is a small colonial village now surrounded by the city. Duration: approximately 8 hours
Day 03 Bogota/Pereira Afternoon Coffee Tour (B)
Breakfast and transfer to airport for local flight Morning flight Bogota/Pereira (not included ) Upon arrival, welcome by the local guide and departure for a romantic Hacienda. In the afternoon visit to a special coffee growing farm. This exciting visit includes a technical and practical introduction to the whole coffee cultivation and production process, from harvest to the cup. Day 04 Cocora Valley & Salento village (B)
With breathtaking landscapes, this is one of the most beautiful valleys in Colombia. Here one will find the impressive Palma de Cera, the official Colombian national tree and one of the tallest species of palm in the world. On the way back to Armenia, we visit Salento, a picturesque village with artisan and crafts shops.
Day 05 Pereira /Medellin Afternoon Private city tour (B)
Transfer to airport - flight Pereira-Medellin (not included) Upon arrival to Medellin meet guide and transfer to hotel Afternoon City tour: This guided visit will cover all the most important main sights of this beautiful and modern city. The tour starts in the heart of the center by exploring the San Antonio Park, Plaza de San Ignacio, Traditional Avenida La Playa and the Sculpture Park which contains more than 20 sculptures donated by Maestro Fernando Botero a son of Antioquia and Colombia's best-known artist. Thereafter it continues to the Pueblito Paisa a scale-replica of a typical Antioqueno village. From there it will be possible to enjoy a wonderful view of Medellin and its surroundings. Day 06 East of Antioquia (B)
The tour begins by visiting the Piedra el Penol and the Guatape reservoir, which is one of the best natural attractions of Colombia. Here we have the chance to take a tour of the dam in a boat, climb the Piedra Del Penol, fly over the dam on the flight cable or simply enjoy the astonishing landscapes. After lunch (not included) we will stop by the town of San Antonio de Pereira to taste its famous desserts. Duration: 8 hours approximately
Day 07 Medellin/Cartagena (B)
