Day 01 Arrival Mexico City (Friday)

Arrival to Mexico City International Airport and transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay.Hampton Inn / Holiday Inn Zocalo or similar

Day 02 Half day city tour & Museum (Sat) (B)

Breakfast at hotel. Guided visit, including the most important buildings in the historical centre located around the The Zocalo, such as the Cathedral and the National Palace, to admire the famous murals of Diego Rivera. You will then continue to the modern part of the city, ending at the Anthropology Museum (closed on Mondays), one of the world's most renowned museums. Overnight stay

Day 03 (Sun) Half day Pyramids of Teotihuacan & Shrine of Guadalupe (B)

Breakfast at hotel. Guided excursion (approx. 5 hours) to the famous Teotihuacan Pyramids, starting with a visit to the Shrine of the Virgen de Guadalupe, a pilgrimage place for millions of Mexicans and people from all around the world. You will then head north, to the Teotihuacan Pyramids, where we will visit the Sun and the Moon Pyramids, the Quetzalcoatl Temple and the fortresses. Free time for those who like to climb to the top of the Pyramids (at your own risk!). Overnight stay

Day 04 Villa Hermosa-Palenque (Mon) (B)

Breakfast at hotel. Departure transfer from hotel to airport to check in fligh bound to Villahermosa (not included in package rates). Upon arrival in Villahermosa, pick up at airport and transfer to Palenque. Dinner and overnight Ciudad Real / Villamercedes / Mision Palenque

Day 05 Palenque-Campeche (Tue) (B)

Breakfast at hotel. Visit to the archaeological zone of Palenque, surrounded by jungle and one of the most important sites of the Mayan World. It was inside the Pyramid of the Inscriptions where King Pakal's sarcophagus and its fascinating carved gravestone were found. After this visit, we head to the coastal town of Campeche, where the Spanish first set foot on Mexican soil. Campeche's prosperity as a thriving port town made it a frequent target for attacks by English, French and Dutch pirates. Following the worst attack, in 1663, impressive defensive walls were built around the town. Panoramic tour through the city. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.Plaza Campeche / Del Mar

Day 06 Campeche-Uxmal-Merida (Wed) (B)

Breakfast at hotel. Departure to Uxmal (meaning built three times),to explore the Magician Pyramid, the Quadrangle of the Nuns, the Governor's palace and the ballgame court. After lunch, you will proceed to Merida, The White City, to enjoy a panoramic view of Montejo avenue, the monument to Motherland, the main square, the cathedral and government palace. Overnight stay.El Castellano / El Conquistador / Gran Real

Day 07 Merida-Chichen Itza- Cancun (B)

Breakfast at hotel. For many, today's guided excursion will be the highlight of the tour. Chichen Itza is undoubtedly the best-preserved Maya site on the peninsula, and it was recently declared one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. The cosmological and mathematical knowledge applied in the constructions of this site has astounded scholars from around the world. Lunch at local restaurant near the archaeological site. Continue to Riviera Maya or Cancun. Drop off at your hotel (accommodation not included).
