Day 01 Arrival in San José

Day 02 Doka Coffee Tour & Poas Volcano National Park (B, L)
First you visit the Poas Volcano and then the Doka Estate Farm, which is a private tourist resort that offers the visitor an unforgettable experience in a coffee plantation. A visit to our plantation will provide you with knowledge about the different methods of cultivation from the seedling to the matured plant and what the different variables such as altitude, the volcanic soils, the temperature and the plant itself (Arabica) will do to make an excellent quality coffee. Day 03 Pozo Azul One day Adventure (Rafting & Canopy) (B, L)
Discover the natural wonders of Sarapiqui, located in the northern part of the country, with crystalline rivers, abundant scenic beauty and towns full of hard-working and friendly people. After crossing the Braulio Carrillo National Park we arrive at the Hacienda, where we will enjoy two exciting activities: the Canopy Tour in the middle of the forest with high altitude trees and Rafting in the waters of the Sarapiqui River. The Canopy tour lasts one and a half hour as you slide throw ten cables of different lengths and twelve platforms inside the forest. Rafting on the Sarapiqui River on class II and class III rapids allows seeing a vibrant landscape for those who wish to enjoy this exciting activity. A group of rapids combined with slow relaxing stretches along 9-mile distance will make this an unforgettable experience for birdwatchers and nature lovers alike.
