Day 01 Arrival in Santiago
Santiago airport meeting and transfer to you selected hotel. PM Santiago classic city tour (Panoramic tour) The guide will show and tell you the history of the Santa Lucia Hill -Place where Santiago was founded in 1541 by the Spanish Conquistadors-, the Main Square, the Cathedral, the Post Office and the City Hall of Santiago, The National Library, the La Moneda Government House, and the old and historical neighborhood of downtown Santiago. To the east you will be able to see some modern buildings and the changes that they have brought to the neighborhood, ending this excursion in a handicraft store, where you will enjoy a Pisco Sour and pieces of works made of lapis lazuli, a stone that exists only in Chile and Afghanistan. Day 02 Full Day Excursion to Valparaiso & Vina Del Mar (B)
Vina del Mar, our Garden City will charm you with its special architecture, its streets, palaces and the Quinta Vergara. You will also have the opportunity of getting to know a Moai from Easter Island. After visiting the coastal border you will visit the city of Valparaiso, whose origins dates back to 1536, it has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage site and it is the seat of the Legislative Power. It has magic, picturesque elevators, colorful neighborhood, and unique and unforgettable sceneries. You will be able to take a boat ride through the Valparaiso Bay (fee not included) Valparaiso is the main port of Chile and it won the UNESCO World Heritage status in 2003, this city, so-called The Jewel of the PacificÂ, is an open-sky amphitheater, where its multicolored houses seems to hang from its hills. Day 03 Full Day Maipo Valley (wine Country)Santa Rita Vineyard (B, L)
Your day will start when you will be picked up at your hotel in Santiago heading southwest to the majestic Andes Mountain Range where the Maipo Canyon is located. Amidst quaint little villages, boundless nature and with the Andes as a background, you will enjoy the awe-inspiring mountainside landscapes and countryside life closer to the capital. Visit to the traditional and famous Santa Rita Vineyard, awarded with the National Monument status, surrounded by beautiful old French-style parks, 19th-century facilities (wine cellar, hotel, and the elegant chapel). After strolling around the parks and historical cellars, you will enjoy a Chilean countryside lunch at the Dona Paula Restaurant. Then, it is time to meet the Pre-Columbian native cultures visiting the Andean Museum, located inside the Santa Rita Vineyard. This museum features a complete and interesting exhibition of Pre-Columbian objects, pieces of work, art and golden objects. After a day full of culture and history, you will be transferred to your hotel in Santiago
